1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Whimsical Shelf you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you disagree, please do not use our site/services.

2) Website Use

You will not interfere with site security, misuse content, or provide false information. Content may not be copied/distributed without written permission.

3) Products & Orders

Descriptions/prices may change without notice. Orders are offers to purchase; we may refuse/cancel for fraud risk, payment issues, limits, or stock unavailability.

4) Pricing & Payments

Prices are in USD. Payment is due at checkout via secure processors; we do not store full card details.
Pricing Notice: Prices vary by seller/time. By purchasing, you agree to the checkout price. Finding a cheaper item elsewhere is not a valid basis for refund or chargeback.

5) Shipping & Delivery

We ship to many locations. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers/customs. Customers must provide accurate addresses; returns for address errors may incur re-shipping fees.

6) Returns & Refunds

Covered by our Return & Refund Policy (30-day window for unused, unopened items in original packaging; shipping non-refundable; buyer’s remorse/price differences not eligible; fraud/false claims may be denied and reported).

7) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Whimsical Shelf or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8) Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activities. We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

You agree to indemnify and hold Whimsical Shelf, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims arising from your site use, breach of Terms, or legal violations.

11) Fraud & Chargebacks

False non-delivery, product misrepresentation claims, or chargebacks after confirmed delivery may be treated as fraudand reported to processors/banks/authorities.

12) Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Exclusive venue is Travis County, Texas.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update Terms at any time; posting the updated date constitutes notice. Continued use means acceptance.
